Marissa is a singer and, like her brother Jesse, plays several instruments such as piano, guitar and washboard.

She is also active in the band „Chatterbox and the Latter Day Satanists“ and with her brother (Jesse) in „Chad Hates George“. She has also appeared as a solo artist.
